Working near by . Needed a bed and shower no pub / hotel extras . Top notch . Obviously, other services I didn't take advantage of this time . ( breakfast , packed lunch or tea ) . Full service offered.
Ideal place for anyone working in the area
No complaints . Couple people being nosey in corridor ? Sure that was a one off .
Bathroom light and extractor fan was on motion sensor - perhaps were on a little to long ? .

It's local to the train station and local to the airport. Great communication, clean and tidy. Love this place for short trip lay overs, much better value than the Hilton at the airport.
Some could say it's a little dated.

Location good for walking the Viking Way.
I booked a breakfast but when I went down for breakfast there was nobody there. A member of staff arrived about 15 minutes later when I was told the chef was on holiday so I had no breakfast. I was asked not to make a negative report but I have emailed and phoned the property with no response so feel I have to mention this here. I wonder who or what has been communicating with me. I tried using the number I had been given if there was a problem while I was staying but there was no response. Very worrying in the case of a real emergency.
