Great location with a car park at the back, room was nice and clean and comfortable
Avoid it when the horse fair is on and they are going up and down the main pedestrian street.

Little
Booked for dinner& breakfast,didn't happen, chef/manager had appointment early and left to make own arrangements. Previous evening we had dinner(not sure left overs from carvery) lovely puddings and drinks free in lieu. We left 093 0 or so,nowhere to leave room key. Place was empty apart from a elderly lady waiting for staff and none existing breakfast.

The hotel was under new management and we arrived on day one. The staff and everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean but there were some minor issues with our room but we fully understand what had happened. We believe the new management team will get to where they want to go given time.
The check in process was a little bit challenging as the hotel had just been recently changed over, in fact it was day one, so there were some teething problems.

Great location in central Brigg
Rooms are a little tired - the 1st we got had blinds which wouldn’t work and decor old - the room was freezing cold but there was ONE tiny radiator- we were then moved to a different room - thank goodness we moved the radiator to the new room - because that was cold too.
Bed wasn’t a double but two singles pushed together… We didn’t stay in the room for long as attending a party at the ‘vault’ .. nobody around in the morning to return keys and noise from outside was pretty full on , so we were up early.
