I liked the apartment and the balcony. The hotel is a good location to stay during a hiking vacation in the Pirin mountains. It is only a few minutes drive away from the nice city Bansko. The hotel also offers wellness and bike rental. The personal at the reception is very friendly and can support you with information about different activities in the region.

Big room, price and kids room+play ground .
The Life guard was super responsible 👍 the lady on the dinner was really nice.
And the view from the balcony was beautiful.
The reception lady was a new or something, she did not give us full information. And I asked for crib that was not in the room when we came. And WiFi in the room was poor. Moreover The food was not so much tasty for us. Sometimes was finished. Like pancakes for breakfast. When you come most of the plates are empty.
And the room needs some renovation. I don’t like brown furniture and posters.
