We had a wonderful 3-day stay at Hotel Grami in Bansko! The hotel offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the overall service was excellent. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and the relaxing atmosphere, which made our short getaway even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would gladly return and highly recommend Hotel Grami to anyone visiting Bansko!
One minor drawback was that bathrobes were available for an additional fee of €6 for the entire stay, despite the all-inclusive package. Although the fee was relatively small, this information should be communicated more clearly to guests upon arrival. Many guests were unaware of this option and ended up walking around the hotel wearing their jackets instead of bathrobes. Better communication about this service would certainly improve the overall guest experience.

EVERYTHING. Variety of options for breakfast and very delicious options for dinner, we felt like we were in an exclusive restaurant. Room had everything we needed and we definitely enjoyed the relax centre to the maximum. The hotel is ideal for families and offers fun for children, and you can also borrow some children books for the rainy days - my toddler enjoyed it. The room was cleaned, and beds were made every day. Everyone was so polite and nice and accommodating. Already recommended it to everyone.

Хотелът е с добра локация ( близо до центъра) и възможност за вътрешен паркинг. Храната е прясна, вкусна и с голямо разнообразие.
Има малък външен басейн и водата му се подгрява.
Персоналът е дружелюбен и отзвичвив с малки изключения.
Голям строеж в непосредствена близост вече от 1 година, което води до голям шум през целия ден (без събота и неделя) и доста прах в помещенията.
Хотелът е отбелязан като гостоприемен за домашни любимци, което беше така до момента, в който една от служителките буквално ни се скара (прекъсна арогантно двукратно разговор между няколко човека в двора на ресторанта) , че предварително не сме платили таксата за престоя на кучето (такава няма описана конкретно като сума в букинг, а само че може да бъде начислена, което означава, че предварително няма как да бъде платена). Също така кучето/ домашния любимец не може да ви придружава в градината на ресторанта с аргумента, че може и други гости да искат да седят с кучето си, което може да залае да и да подразни гостите( според мен хора, които отиват в хотел, в който могат да се настанят с домашния си любимец са наясно, че може да има и шум от него). Неприятно е, че се създава усещането, че трябва да се "оправдаваш" за това, че си с домашния си любимец, който за мен е част от семейството ми и аз избирам места на които да почивам, където е добре дошъл и презумпцията ми не е нито да го крия, нито бих го оставила да смущава и пречи на гостите.
