Excellent location
Friendly staff, clean towels, good shower, enough electrical sockets, tea/ coffee making facilities,
Breakfast included
A mirror near an electric socket would have been nice, to style hair and a hook in bathroom to hang clothes on.

Location - very central, right next to Av dos Aliados.
Staff - the people, from the cleaning ladies until the receptions staff were amazing.
This is for the management - there is not so many people working there (you have to increase staff - cleaning, receptionist, breakfast). There were times were the receptionist had to take care of the breakfast was well, and the person couldn't handle.
