Room was in a great location and had AC, which was great during the hot weather. The bed was comfy (except for the middle of it where the edges of the two beds pushed together were hard and stuck up so we couldn't lay in the middle), the bathroom was okay, but water went everywhere every time we showered because it was a half door/wall. The curtains were ripped in a lot of places so light kept coming through in the early morning. Floors were so so squeaky too. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, no sugar or wine glasses. We had to ask for the wine glasses and they did bring them quickly, which was nice. There was construction right outside the apartment too and it was so loud and started really early in the morning, so that woke me up a couple times. Noise insulation isnt very good. We could hear people in the patio at the bottom of the building loudly at night too. I also was under the impression the patio was available for anyone in the building to use but we were never able to. It was always locked and we never got a key. I also hated that the cupboards in the kitchen had no handles and they closed almost flush so it was always difficult to open them. It was a decent place in a good location but needs a lot of maintenance in the room itself.

Excellent location and amenities. Staff was very responsive and good with communication. The only issue we had was we were messaged the day before that we would receive check in information the morning of our arrival. We did not receive our check in codes/info until shortly after our 2 pm check in time.
I understand they were cleaning up from prior guests which we appreciate, but it made me concerned that we did not have accommodations since we didn’t get the morning email and didn’t hear from Premium Suites until after 2

We had a lovely stay here, everything was a walkable distance and there are so many great bars and restaurants nearby.
