The location is great, and is connected to Shibuya Station, so easy access to the trains. It's also right next to Shibuya Crossing, so you're close to all the action. Staff is great, rooms are clean.
It wasn't the smallest room I've stayed in, but it was pretty tight.

Excellent room size.
Higher end of price range.
Staff weren’t as friendly as previous places we stayed in Japan.

Location is excellent - right on Shibuya Scramble - and our room was very quiet despite the central location. Highly recommend!
