Great location and the rooms had all required amenities

Included breakfast and short walk to Shibuya station. Had a family Mart next door that came in handy. Very easy check in and out

Kept killing tiny flies in bathroom.
Hallway had an odd smell but it was rugged so maybe time to remove them

The location is perfect!
The room and bathroom is tiny and breakfast is very repetitive…
