The situation, helpfulness of staff and quality
Good packed breakfast when leaving early on departure.
Weather was warm and duvet too efficient.
Evening meals excellent but running out of options in a week

the location was good,
you needed a taxi or a hire car to get around the island..
.The bus was spasmodic we waited for almost 2 hours to get the bus back, form town some sort of parade was on and buses were a no go.

Service was very good, staff friendly and efficient. Terrace opposite bay, beautiful views. Food was delicious (but a little pricey) Nice thought to provide dressing gown and slippers, nice toiletries too.
Rooms could do with upgrading, decor looks tired. Not enough plug sockets, non at bedside and just an extention put on dressing table, tea tray was in wardrobe, you had to find space to put it out yourself.

Location
Noisy bedroom, squeaky floor boards on the landing outside and door between areas banged every time a guest used it. extremely hot, fan was supplied but broken element meant no cooling.
Breakfast for 15.95 was poor, cold array was ok, but cooked breakfast was poor in arrangement, variety & quantity e.g one mushroom cut into four tiny pieces, no hash brown, black pudding etc
