I was there primarily for the Devon Family History Society 50th anniversary celebrations so I booked a room either side of the conference booking. They were able to provide a lovely room which covered both the conference and my own arrangements. The staff were very helpful, especially the catering staff.

Quality of all food was excellent - well presented, fresh and hot.
For someone who has restricted movement the shower over the bath proved difficult despite a nonslip mat. As a result I resorted to strip washes to avoid falling in the bath. The transparent handbasin was a bit off putting!!
