Excellent staff

Massive room with proper desk and chair. Coffee/tea making facilities and very good air conditioning. Plenty of car parlking space. Excellent bed and spotlessly clean facilities throughout. The breakfast area was well stocked and very efficiently run. Staff at checkin and all other interactions were polite, smiling and helpful. This is as close to perfection as you'll get and the price reflects it.
I can find nothing on which to report negatively.

The staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean.
There is a club right next door. I didn't know about this. The windows barely block any sound. I could still hear people with earplugs on. We didn't have a restful night which ruined the experience for us.
