Breakfast included many vegetarian options and natural yoghurt, fruit salad, and it was possible to order fresh sunny-side-up eggs (which were excellent). Unlimited tea and coffee. The room was clean and had a safe, mini bar (items paid extra), kettle and tea and instant coffee. The bathroom was nice and clean.
There's no soundproofing, so I could hear people opening the main door, showering, and talking in the corridors and in their rooms. However, I had ear plugs, so I could sleep very well.

Great location, amazing and super friendly staff, great breakfast, SUPER clean
The neighborhood is not pleasant at night, but then - hanging around was not our objective (we looked for a good base to sleep after a full day in Venice).
