The guest relations team were fabulous - really helpful, professional and always available. The staff in the pool bar and lobby bar were excellent as were the waiting staff in the main restaurant. There was always food available. The hotel was exceptionally clean everywhere. The water slides were great and the life guards were very diligent. The hotel is a great location being 10 mins from central Belek ( good for shopping) and 20 mins from land of legends and 30 mins from Antalya airport
The bedrooms are a bit dated and the balcony’s are very small ( just about room for two chairs. In the main building the air conditioning is centrally controlled ( not in your room) so make sure it works for you when you accept your room. The advertised activities don’t all happen so do not rely on them. The teen club is a gaming room open on request in the evenings only. There is so much food everywhere but I would have loved a coffee bar and more healthy options. Also there are limitations on the ala Carte restaurants so book early

The resort has a good location, large green areas, beautiful gardens, and many places to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors. The food tasted good overall, and the facilities were suitable for families. A special thank you to Ms. Anna from Guest Relations, who was very friendly, helpful, and always tried her best to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Some issues during our stay needed more careful attention and better follow-up after being reported. The hotel would benefit from more precise checking and faster coordination between departments to make sure problems are fully resolved.
