* Very good food with plenty of variety. The desserts were beautifully presented and of excellent quality, and there was a great selection of fresh fruit.
* Being able to rent a wheelchair at the hotel was a huge help for our family. Although it was not in the best condition, it made all the difference when my father's mobility unexpectedly deteriorated. Without it, our holiday would have been ruined. This is the main reason I'm giving the hotel a 10.
* Friendly and helpful staff who listened to our requests and did their best to accommodate them throughout our stay.
* Bathrobes, slippers, a minibar and beach towels were all provided.
* A lovely warm indoor pool.
* A nice outdoor playground for children.
* A couple of self-service coffee machines serving excellent freshly ground coffee with real milk.
* Milk was always available in the lobby or restaurant.
* No steps inside the rooms on the 1-st floor.
* A spacious room with three proper beds.
* Despite the hotel being scheduled for renovation, all facilities remained open and operational.
* Overall, good value for money, especially considering the affordable price.
* Poor soundproofing between rooms. On several nights, noise from neighbouring guests kept us awake.
* Cigarette smoke. There is a huge smoking section in the restaurant, and smoking is allowed on all balconies, making it difficult to escape the smell.
* We booked two rooms and requested well in advance that they be close to each other. Unfortunately, we were only given rooms on the same floor, quite far apart. The first three rooms we were offered also failed to meet our main requirements: being close to the lift and having no steps inside.
* No proper blackout curtains. The rooms were already very bright after 7 am, and the curtains themselves were partially detached and left hanging throughout our stay.
* Loud evening entertainment until 11 pm. It was practically impossible to fall asleep before it finished.
* Small, overcrowded lifts with long waiting times. We often ended up taking the stairs, while my elderly parents had to wait in line for a lift.
* Extremely firm, springy mattresses that felt almost as hard as wood.
* No showers, changing rooms or toilets directly in the indoor pool area. To reach them, you have to walk along a long, cold corridor.
* The only way to reach the beach and outdoor pools is through the paid children's playroom area. There is also just one entrance to the hotel from the pool and garden side, which is very inconvenient.
* The hotel is definitely in need of a major renovation.

Close to the airport, super attentive staff, good value for money. Overall great
Some guests are smoking in the rooms and ventilation brings the smell to the corridors and room premises. Staff could be more strict about smoking.
Hotel needs some renovation, but everything is perfectly functioning.
