Parking i ask them many times about the parking and they told there is some will help and give me the key and no one was there

Good and clean place on a quiet street! We could easily reach main sights of the city. Very nice place to stay for a short 4 days trip. Pillows were comfortable!!

First of all, while I booked Madame Cadet and thought we were staying at Madame Cadet, we were actually checked into Monsieur Cadet. This was not a problem but it wasn't communicated beforehand. So this review is for Monsieur Cadet, not Madame Cadet. Monsieur Cadet is a hotel directly on Rue Cadet, The windows are sound-proofed and street noise was no problem. (Madame Cadet is off the street.) Weather was mild and we didn't use heat or a/c much but they were guaranteed available. Rue Cadet is a nice little street with a selection of restaurants and cafes and is less than a block from one of Paris' 'covered passages' - which was a nice surprise. It is also very close to Rue Cadet metro station so you can easily go just about anywhere in Paris. It's only a 15-20 minute walk (depending on your speed) to Opera Garnier and Galleries Lafayette. The staff - breakfast, cleaning and reception - were professional and pleasant with the exception of one receptionist. When we checked in and preparing to pay the city tax, she presented a charge that turned out to be a tip for reception. We questioned what it was and ultimately declined to pay it. She seemed aloof thereafter. The breakfast was the most extensive of any available during our three-week trip in Spain and France. If any croissants or pastries were left, they were placed in a basket in the lobby for guests, which was a nice touch. The other places we stayed had a machine with a variety of coffee drinks available for guest use 24 hours a day, a real convenience. This was in addition to the coffee/tea pot in the room. We would have liked having that service. We paid more for a deluxe room in order to know we would have a/c. Monsieur Cadet was the most expensive of our accommodations and slightly confusing.
The one receptionist who expected a 4 or 5% tip calculated on the cost of our stay. On the other hand, all other staff, especially cleaning staff, were friendly, solicitous and helpful.

Good location, comfortable beds. Good value.
Slightly dated (unlike photos and the main hotel - they have lots of studios). Car park tricky to navigate to (a pedestrianised street) and very tight.
