Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms. And when our ride share to Gare de Lyon did not show up on 9/25, the lady working the front desk was a hero! She arranged for a taxi to get us to the station. Fantastic customer service!

The Hotel was highly refined, the room was spacious and the staff was extreamly friendly and polite. Breakfast was also pretty good and various.

Location is perfect.
Large room.
Dated hotel with a serious water problem. Showers alternate between too hot and too cold with almost no pressure. My first room had no water from the taps at all in the morning and I had to be moved. Staff told me the building can’t supply enough pressure when several rooms draw water at once — a known issue, yet the room is still being sold.
