Great hotel, close to everything, very clean and surprisingly big rooms for a small hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful!!
Doesn't have all the facilities you'd get in a big hotel.but has everything you need for a city break to explore Madrid.

Excellent location - easy to walk to all of the main places. The room was very clean and comfortable but would have been a squeeze for 2 people. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was excellent.
Breakfast is next door and there was a very good selection of food and drinks. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Coffee making facilities in the room would have been good

location very good and an excellent breakfast
rooms were very nice but soundproofing was terrible with noise from other rooms meaning no chance of a good nights sleep so definitely not worth the price
