The apartment was just what we expect. It's accessible to nearby places we visited.
I thought they would accomodate us that day early because someone told us that we can left our luggage in their office then we can come back and check in at 2pm, so we expected it.. So we could start roaming the city.. But they didn't. We waited till 2pm to check in. Time wasted. And one thing more, we can't sleep properly because the noise from 2am-5am outside keeps going. And does your apartment have ghost?

On the positive side, the apartment is spacious with high ceilings and an interesting room layout. It is suitable for large groups, especially younger crowds. The location is also well-connected and convenient for moving around the city. Prague itself was absolutely wonderful.
The apartment might have been 'Deluxe' once, but it certainly isn't anymore. It is in desperate need of renovation. The laminate flooring is damaged in several areas with large, loose boards; the door locks are broken, and the plaster is peeling off the walls. It is definitely not suitable for families.
The apartment is on the first floor right next to a very busy street. Trams and traffic jams are directly outside the windows. Because of the old, single-pane windows, everything can be heard and nothing is sealed. Additionally, there is a nightclub right beneath and slightly to the side of the apartment. Every single night there were rowdy crowds, loud shouting, laughing, fights, police, and ambulances.
While there is heating, a note states that guests are not allowed to turn it on, leaving us freezing for all 3 nights. In terms of cleanliness, it was decent, but not clean enough to walk barefoot. The sofas were dirty, and while the beds were clean, the sheets were very thin. The pillows were stained by previous guests and had an odor. To top it all off, the 20% compensation offered for these terrible conditions was calculated unfairly, as they intentionally excluded the high cleaning fee, even though the dirty furniture and stained pillows were a major issue. We only went back to the apartment to sleep and avoided spending any time inside.
