I came to Krakow with my teenage son just for a few days. Check in easy, staff polite, friendly and hel. Location of the apartment was more then perfect. Very quiet area but shops and bakeries nearby and, just few minutes away from the main square. Room spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Sink and kettle a big bonus. Shared toilet was clean and hairdryer was handy.
I extended my stay but the room was unfortunately unavailable so I booked a different one. Room swap was very smooth, cleaning team helpful and friendly.
It's difficult to find flaws, it was all I needed for my trip. Some wall plugs didn't work and room was located on the last level so lots of stairs to walk up. Small fridge would be handy.

Cheap, reliable and close to the center
The beds were very squeaky and the overall surroundings were very loud.

location was good, large room. Very convenient and comfortable.
Tiny shower, having to walk 10 minutes away just to get the key. lockbox system would be more convenient. Lots of stairs.

I liked the location - a bit removed from the market square but still quite close. There are a couple of Zabka supermarkets around and lots of bakeries and coffee shops.
The room wasn't cleaned properly, the bathroom floor was dirty. The size of the room was very small for two people and the bunk beds were not comfortable, I did not have a good sleep for 2 nights of my stay. Noise from others arriving at night with the doors that kept moving/ shaking each time someone walked past. The door had a big gap underneath and could be simply insulated from the noise and the corridor light.
I arrived very late at night and my check in time was initially rejected automatically, hence the score on the staff too - it took three emails to ensure I will be able to get in as they don't have reception in the same building. unnecessary worry when travelling and arriving at night.
I would say there are similar, nicer places at this price range and I would only stay again if the price was lower.
Also disappointing to not have the shampoo, had to go to a supermarket and get a big bottle as not clear in the listing - that's an easy fix for people to know what to expect
