The Pavillion building of the Regent Petite France could not be closer to the heart of the old town - it is alongside one of the main waterways, right beside the famous swinging bridge, and the room overlooked the beautiful waterway lined with flowers. Modern, luxurious rooms, excellent breakfast. Perfect location for walking to the cathedral, city center, Ponts Couverts, Barrage Vauban.

Great front desk staff. Great location, very central in Old Town, also located on the river.
Well maintained old world charm buildings.
I highly recommend it.
Nothing to do with the hotel, just the construction around. But that's temporary.

Location is excellent, in the middle of the Petite France and the room we were given was great too with a splendid view. The restoration is a very beautiful and comfortable one. Staff very friendly and polite, ready to give recommendations for nearby restaurants, directions etc.
Late check in. Even for a busy city like Strasbourg, 16.00 pm for check in is very late. I have a hip problem and I asked for a priority check, the staff promised to do their best but I got no call for them allowing me an earlier check in. An insulation defect with one of the windows had no impact on our stay because the weather was mild, I am not sure though about a cold winter night.
