It’s a lovely hotel, staff are very attentive and professional!
Bed was lovely and room very quiet, nice bathroom. Great location!
Nothing much
Room was on a small side and gym was very small for such a large hotel.

+ Location was superb, right in the old town centre
+ Room was beautifully decorated and furnished and bed was very comfortable.
+ Rooms are very quiet despite the tram stop right next to the hotel.
+ Comfortable robes and slippers in the room
+ Breakfast buffet was excellent and they also offered warm dishes to be ordered freshly prepared. See photo of menu attached.
+ Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful
+ Hotel bar makes an excellent espresso martini and the music and vibe is cosy and elegant.
- The drain in our bathroom smelled very bad but the staff was very helpful and tried to improve the situation. They also gave us discount on our parking as a compensation because it could not be completely resolved.
