The room is very comfortale and quiet, the courtyard is very nice, and the ability to have breakfast outside when the weather is good is such a bonus.
I wish the spa was a little bit easier to book and that the information was a little it easier to find. The shower was unfortunately quite shallow so the bathroom was quite prone to overflowing, making the floor wet and soaking the bath mat even in a short shower

I did not realize that it was so close to the station and metro. A bonus. The males on reception were helpful. Having 2 bottles of water in my room each day was a bonus. The bed and pillows were comfy.
The 2 women on reception were rude and unhelpful. They didn't acknowledge or care that I was there. I was charged city tax for 2 by one of them.. I am a single traveller and she wouldn't give me a refund. I asked the other one on my arrival how to get down to the marina.. she said "just walk down the street" no map or directions given or actually told to use the metro which was easy,cheap and right there...The coffee and tea supplies and paper cups were not topped up each day. I was there 5 nights. At night I could here people fighting, shouting and dogs barking as my room backed onto a small street. This woke me up several times. I had to get 2 lifts, walk a distance and up and down 6 stairs with my luggage on arrival and when I left. My room was not easily accessible. Would not recommend unless you want to be by the rail, metro and bus station, then it's fantastic!
