Close to the Old Port. Many restaurants nearby. Good air conditioning. Has a lift
Mouldy seals in the bathroom. Towels on the small size. Couldn't open a window for fear of a pigeon invasion

Such great value, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and fab location too. We stayed here before a concert and it was perfect, the beds were really comfortable too! Would definitely stay again

The location is really good, basically in the city center. The breakfast was really nice too, with a lot of choice and kind staff serving the breakfast.
The man at reception who checked us in was extremely rude. He came across as arrogant and condescending, as though he considered his job beneath him.
When I asked questions about the strange policy of refunding the payment already made through Booking.com back to my card and then asking me to pay again in person, he seemed offended that I wanted to check the details of my reservation before making a second payment. His response was, “Well, I’m a receptionist, so I think I know what I’m doing.”
We also had problems with the key card, which kept losing its charge. His response was, “Well, it’s obvious that you don’t keep the card next to your phone.” Well, it’s not obvious, and I’ve never had such problems before. It should not work this way.
On top of that, the door didn’t work properly. We had to try the card at least five times every time we wanted to open it. When I asked about this, he seemed annoyed that we were having issues and suggested that we were the problem, because the door should work.
Overall, his attitude was extremely unpleasant, rude and condescending. Instead of trying to help, he made us feel stupid for asking perfectly reasonable questions.
Apart from that, the rooms are very small and noisy.
