Centrally located. The train station is walking distance and then the whole travel around Oslo became very easy. The whole hotel is compact and well thought out. Maybe, a little too squishy. The room was compact too but very comfortable. However, there is only one spot for one suitcase to be used. For a double room two dedicated spots are required. It is annoying to be forced to manage a suitcase on the ground. No facilities for tea or coffee. There is an option of joining a members club for coffee. But when you visit for a few days it is not prudent to become a member of a club that you will not use again thereafter. They need to keep tea, coffee and milk as all hotels of that standard do. Overall a good experience.
Too compact and squishy. Saving on space or packing too much into available space reduces the space for customers. That is not good for customers.

Very clean and easy to get to from the train station. Automated checkin process was very simple and quick.
The double bed against the wall on three sides was not easy for two adults to get in and out of.

The location is pretty solid if you’re tired coming from the airport. The hotel is just outside the train station.
Have to do a check-in without any staff. No breakfast accommodation (including the worst coffee we’ve ever had), poor shower and uncomfortable beds.
