The location is the number one prons of this B&B, everything is very close with walking distance including bus stations.

Excellent location and everything was perfect for a 3 night stay. Hot weather in Rome, but the A/C worked excellently and kept us cool and comfortable! Private bathroom, lift to the 2nd floor property, quiet and clean. A great stay.

Good location
Noisy air conditioning. No blinds to
Block out the morning sun. Beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was minimal, we needed to go elsewhere for bacon and eggs.
The lift didn’t take us all
The way to level 2. We had 4 large bags to take up the stairs
