The location is amazing, very close to the shopping area, the supermarket just around the corner. There were no noise from the street. All amenities were available and we didn’t need to buy extra garbage bags or coffee for example. I love the roof terrace where you can see all the roofs and domes around!
The warming mode on the air conditioning system is available from November only. It was 22C in the rooms and it was a little bit fresh for us. The floor might be a little bit cleaner. You can’t see anything on the floor until your child runs in the socks around. Washing machine didn’t close properly because it wasn’t fixed to the furniture well, but we learned quickly how to deal with this small issue.

Location was perfect and possible to walk to most of the key sites. Decent size for a family of 4. Check in and check out was efficient.
Very noisy as we were directly above a restaurant that was open until 11pm/12am and then cleaned the streets from 5-6am (ear plugs were provided). Garbage wasn’t emptied from the previous guests and plates were dirty. Shower wasn’t great.

When I am staying here I faced 2 big problems
First paying for a housekeeping service and they didn’t came ( I was needing them the day that I booked and your customer service apologized for me that they will come tomorrow )
Secondly roomservice took my own towel
My own towel that I bought it with my own money and bring it by myself to the hotel and they didn’t refund me money for the towel that they took it from me
