Service excellent. Location the best.
-Lusi was very helpful and professional always went out of her way to greet us every morning.
-Excellent service by all staff
-Hired motor bike from there which was easy. Hiring a bike at this island is a must in our opinion. Obviously hard if you have very young kids. So much to see and not safe to walk as streets very narrow and bikes, taxi trucks get very close to you.
-Pool clean and towel plentiful
-Breakfast healthy, basic but we prefer that anyway
-Gym minimal but did the job
-Definitely recommend staying here. We will be back and highly recommend if you want easy location and very good service.
Mould in room had just been painted over, would have liked fresh towels each days and bed linen. After 5 days needed to ask to have changed. They were very accomodating when asked. Drinks at pool area are at a premium price for the island.
I hope the owners do the maintenance that I have read about in the comments as the service is exceptional and they need to up the maintenance to match the service.

Absolutely everything, this property has become our favourite place to stay on Lembongan
A little pricy for the basic offerings (drinks) but in saying that their seafood night was exceptional value
