The location, friendly staff, excellent service, on the beach, nice buffet breakfast, very good restaurants close to the Resort.
We had a lagoon suite, which was great, but the people in the Lagoon room opposite talked on their pool balcony one night till 1am in the morning, not very considerate of other guests.Their voices echoed around the Lagoon pool area.

The lagoon room was lovely and spacious perfect for our little family of 3.
Breakfast could have done with a bit more variety and I always love when staff are more into drinks and service around the pool which was a bit slow.
Location is nice and easy to get a small truck to beach bars and happy hours further down the beach

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and the ferry. The pool was fantastic . It was also close to the supermarket and pharmacy. Taxis readily available. The gardens are nicely maintained
There was no hot water in the bathroom hand basin. You need to run the shower for about three minutes to get hot water. The water in the shower just trickles out. The sliding doors onto the balcony have a large gap between them when closed. The building and rooms are a little bit tired.
