The view is amazing, staff is friendly and facilities are good. We were upgraded to a suite with a Panoramic view of Sea, Perfect!
The internet was not working well, It can be improved. Breakfast items can be improved. The Sun-loungers at the beach were fully occupied in the evening time and there was no one to assist with arranging one for us.

Honestly I have visited alot of hotels five stars
But the way the staff was behaving in this hotel it is exceptional. They are all extremely friendly, polite respectful and when I say all I mean all of them. Starting from the vallet mr Hamad who met us with a smile and welcomed us greatly and with amazing hospitality. Then ms Ei kyar who was so sweet and helped me with my booking and gave me a sea view. They is nothing like we can help you always we will try to help with a smile. And this is what a guest would like to hear mr Eikyar and mr Hamad are an example of a great staff who are welcoming everyone and treating visitors as a family. Oceanic hotel is lucky to have such a staff and honestly all the rest of the staff we so sweet and friendly any time we call the reception or we need assistance. Oceanic should be proud of that and for sure not our last visit. Thank you so much for everything please keep or up

We had an unexpected upgrade to a corner suite, giving 190 degree views, which was stunning. Fruit platters, water and bonus toiletries made it a wonderful retreat. The staff were helpful and courteous.
Everything about it was a winning combo.
Nothing.

We’ve been visiting this hotel for about 35 years and seen its ups and downs. We still have a fondness for the place. A lovely place to spend a day or two. And the food is really very good. While staying at the property the buffet lunch costs dh65 for adults and half of that for children. The choice of food available was excellent and it was all very fresh.
The carpets in the room could have been vacuumed a bit better.
