Great location. Lovely staff.

Ideal location, being within walking distance of the bullring shopping center and Birmingham new street station, Beds were comfortable enough, pleasant lady checked me in, very helpful and welcoming!
Areas rife with Bou racers with pop and bang mods, so might get woken up a few times, and on the weekends the obvious party goers who are noisy too 🤣

Great location in the city centre. I was on a cycling trip and it was a massive advantage to be able to store my bike and gear safely.
It would have been a real bonus to have had more comfortable chairs to relax in.

Good value, lockers to keep items safe
Located in somewhat run-down neighborhood, would not describe as “central” as name suggests
