Stunning views and excellent customer service
Not a complaint but just a preference for a kettle

The room was fantastic, the location could not be better, and the fact that each room has a private terrace or access to a terrace is incredible. The staff was SO helpful and accommodating, arranging everything for me including a taxi from the ferry, a beach club reservation and dinner reservations. The breakfast was also WONDERFUL and such an added bonus with that view.
Nothing.

The size and the location in the town
Perhaps the lack of an elevator which might have some bearing
