Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and facilities.
They even surprised me with a bottle of Prosecco on my birthday which was a lovely surprise.

The location was 2 minutes away from many buses included 172 and 171 that drop you off in the main areas of the island including Ischia Porto, Forio, etc.
It’s very much a 3 star hotel, the AC is turned off from 9am-2pm so if you want to stay in your room, the fan is your only solace on a burning hot day. The internet is very spotty, almost unusable and there is no proper kitchen so no dinner on site.

"Incredible grounds and 4 pools to choose from. Very close to good restaurants, like Molo 11 and Alina Family food. Blu Palm gelato every day!
Bus stop was 150m away"
