We arrived exhausted at 2am to the friendliest receptionist who upgraded us from a standard to a suite.
Throughout our stay from door men, room service, security and reception we found them all to be incredibly friendly… shout out to Vincent and Kripa who were particularly helpful and lovely. The beds were super comfy, fantastic location too as 15 mins from airport and minutes away from souks, mina district etc.
Highly recommend!! Best hotel with the most welcoming staff - thank you for making our trip amazing
Honestly it was absolutely fantastic, my only tiny suggestion would be fragrance in the hall ways as the 8th floor hallway had a slightly musty smell

The hotel is closed to all the tourists attraction’s activities.
Good housekeeping and reception from Judy, Hussain and Leilanie.
The carpets in the room makes it stuff.
Could not open my windows.
Did not enjoy the breakfast offerings. No brew coffee. Same food everyday.

Short ride from the airport. Very comfortable and clean. Even gave us a free shuttle back to the airport
