Communication was swift and helpful. The hotel contacted me to arrange pickup from the airport at 4am arrival time in an air conditioned suv. Amazing reception. Edward the customer assistant was very helpful. He also arranged our return to airport from the hotel. Really pleased . Amazing breakfast with lots of to choose from. The hotel guys in the airport And the drivers very friendly . Thank to you all
Hotel is not 5minutes away from the airport as advertised. It’s 15minutes to be precise. However, very good transfer service at no extra cost. This is the best experience of all I most insist.

Location and the room
The staff was not very professional. I was alone, and the check-in process took more than 30 minutes. Also, in the morning during check-out, I tried calling the reception several times but no one answered. When I informed the staff member, he seemed careless and showed an attitude. In addition, the WiFi was very poor.
