Krásný hotel, skvělé jídlo, ochotný personál. Termální bazény super.

Areál. Určite sem ešte prídem.
Poskytnutie welcome drinku v inej budove a len vo vyhradenom čase do 18:00. Absencia uvítacej minerálky, hoci je to 4* ubytovanie. Parkovanie bolo pre niekoľkých hostí dosť obtiažne.

Pools/spa were good and clean. Breakfast was excellent.
This is not a four star hotel by western European standards, a three if I'm being generous. Rooms had missed dirt and hairs. Teas and coffees not replenished in room from previous guests. Difficult to get a lift as house keeping staff are using them. Buffet very average and reception staff not interested when we raised concerns... just said 'Oh well'
