Lovely place, great location, large room perfect for a single or couple, lots of wardrobe space, good en-suite (shower and bath combo), good water pressure, very clean, breakfast included in tariff, small but lovely shaded outdoor area to eat breakfast or relax in during the day.

Close to the old town to get to it but not situated right in the thick of the touristy stuff. We really liked walking in the other direction to check out the real town. The building had an older, funky feel to it that we liked. The property is lovely. Breakfast had a number of options to choose from.
The internet was not good. It regularly stopped functioning and we’d have to wait for it to reconnect. As much as we loved the character of the building, because it is older it has very squeaky floors.

The building is beautiful and the room and garden too. It takes you back in time. Peaceful and very well located, you can walk easily to the seafront and old city that is amazing 🧡

Very charming and comfortable hotel. Our room was quiet and appointed nicely with high ceilings, comfortable bed, and a large tv screen disguised as a mirror when not in use. Their breakfast offered a nice variety to get your day started. While it is located off a busy street it was relatively quiet. Also, it's within walking distance to all the sites, restaurants, etc. No parking on the premises which was not problematic since there is street parking nearby or lots of space in the larger lots.
The bathroom was a little small but manageable. Not really a complaint, it's what one should expect and is part of the charm.
