Loved the location and the free cruise on the Nile. Rooms were decent.
Air con was a bit noisy and music playing somewhere in the middle of the night so not the best nights sleep.

Everything! Amazing staff at the reception. Clean hotel and clean rooms, nice breakfast, amazing Nile view rooms. Comfortable bed and pillow. Very central location.

Great location, the hotel is like a lovely oasis. We very much appreciated an upgrade to a pool view room. All staff we encountered were friendly and cheerful. Laundry service is reasonably priced in EGP, we paid less than the equivalent of 10 USD for two bags full of laundry, received it back the next day not just washed and folded but also ironed.
Nothing.
