Our go to place to stay in Penang, with food places located conveniently within walking distance and mall with supermarket next door.
Room is cosy, with great beds.

Location is great.
Room not properly vacuumed. We see hairs in the toilet right after we checked in.
Cushion on the chair looks oil and dirty.

strategic location
cleanliness. when we stepped into the room, we could feel sands/dust on the floor that I have to use wet wipes to clean it for my kids to walk around barefoot. However, on the next day even after housekeeping, the same issue occurred that I have to use wet wipes to clean the whole floor. I have stayed with Jen for more than 10 years and this is the first time I face this issue.
