the hotel is located directly on the beach, nice view. the beach is located in the bey, so we are sheltered from the winds and the open sea. south side
front side/garden is too noisy at night due to drunken guests. Also, guests shout to each other between balconies, which is annoying.

I liked that the room was clean and had a wonderful sea view!
It is quite old in general, but the staff maintains it in a good condition.

the view of the sea is amazing 🤩 well located , near the busy night life and supermarkets.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite disappointing. The shower box was not properly enclosed, so every time we took a shower, water spread all over the bathroom floor. This made the bathroom very inconvenient to use and left the floor completely wet after each shower.
I believe this is something the hotel should improve, as a properly enclosed shower would make a big difference to the guest experience.

The hotel is super close to the beach, sea view room is great, room was nice ( nice shower, comfortable bed, fridge in the room, balcony), cleaning lady was every day, food was really ok, reception ladies were very sweet when I checked in
The hotel is super old, it needs renovation. Spa area is super old and I would not recommend even use it… Food was ok, you can find something healthy to eat. But juices of drinks were artificial. There were many kids, it is like a family hotel. In general Magaluf is not nice to stay, better to chose Illetes or Calvia, etc
