Location, cleanliness and staff
Outside the main entrance in the morning the floor surface was incredibly slippy and my friend fell hurting her back. There was a sign but unless you held on to the barrier it was dangerously slippy underfoot

I loved it. The staff were very friendly and the area was fantastic. I had a great few days with my partner and will definitely return to the area.
