THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WAS AN ABSOULTELY JEWEL! DIAMOND, EMERALD, RUBY AND SAPPHIRE 10STARS! MIKHAIL IS AN ABSOLUTE TREASURE IN A TREASURE TROVE OF EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIS PASSION, LOVE, PRIDE AND HIS TRUE HEART AND SOUL EXUDES IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE! FROM THE TIME WE MET IN HELPING US, J&J FIND THE PROPERTY, TO PARKING. DURING OUR ENTIRE STAY, UP TO OUR CHECKOUT! WHAT A GIFT YOUR BOUTIQUE HOTEL HAS WITH MIKHAIL! OUR ROOM WAS FABULOUSLY ROYAL! REQUESTS THE ROMERO TORRES ROOM! WHAT A DIVINE PLACE TO SLUMBER! THE LOCATION WAS EXCEPTIONALLY IDEAL! NOT TO MENTION DRIVING THE ALLEYWAYS, IN-BETWEEN THE MASS OF HUMANITY OF TOURISTS AND LOCALS ALIKE! WOW, WOW, WOW! MIKHAIL DESERVES A RAISE AND A ONE-MONTH PAID VACATION!! AS A CONCIERGE MANAGER AT A MAJOR BRAND HOTEL RESORT IN HAWAII, I UNDERSTAND THE ROLE OF OFFERING EXCEPTIONAL AND UNCONDTIONAL SERVICE, BOTH BEHIND THE DESK AS WELL AS ON THE FRONTLINES! MIKHAIL DOES BOTH WITH EASE AND AN UNCONDITIONAL MIND-SET! BETWEEN THE PROPERTY ITSELF, YOUR LOCATION, YOUR SERVICES AND MIKHAIL BEHIND THE SCENES, WHAT AN ACADEMY AWARD PERFORMANCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF OUR STAY! CONGRATULATIONS TO YOUR BOUTIQUE HOTEL! WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR PROPERTY! NOTHING SHORT THAT TRUE PERFECTIONS! WELL DONE!

Excellent location. Comfortable authentic spanish ambiance. Ana and Michael were extremely gracious hosts. Bathroom and AC worked very well. Felt at home. There is no elevator but Michael graciously carried our suitcases up the stairs.

You have a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The staff were excellent, warm and welcoming. Our bed was a good size for two people and the room was very nice.

Super central location just minutes away from all the attractions and restaurants. Very beautiful building with lovely accommodations. The owner Ana goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.
