Room was spacious for a single and comfy, even in the heat of August. The location was just far enough off the main square to make it easy to find without much extra walking coming from and getting back on the Camino Ingles. I also accidentally happened to be there the night they did the balloon and fireworks for the Festival of San Roque, which I'd totally plan around if I ever go back. Very fun to see it, and also nice to be able to walk to it easily and then quickly get back to the hotel to get some sleep after. Staff was friendly and helpful, and there's a nice laundromat across the street.

Loved the hotel and the room assigned to me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a festival going on in the town.
There was nothing that concerned or did not please me. I thought everything was handled very well by the staff. In fact, this is my second visit with this particular hotel. I stayed here 4 years ago.

This hotel have seen better days. It is walking distance from downtown Betanzos and has parking available. The staff was very nice and gave us a map of the city and provided some recommendations.
The whole hotel is in badly need for a facelift. It was probably a good hotel 30 years ago. Room and bathroom were very basic, bed was so-so.
