Beautiful historic building with transformed modern accommodation. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was a highlight. Great choice and good food. I got a very peaceful nights sleep. Very quiet hotel. Modern bathrooms with a fantastic view of the river. Pilgrims blessing after 8pm mass at the cathedral in town.
Property was a 10 minute uphill walk out of town. I didn’t mind this as if you turned right it brought you to the Camino path.

Good location, short walk to town and parking. Lovely man who seems to be running the hotel all by himself.
I think it would suit pilgrims doing the Camino rather than the ordinary traveller. No real sign of the bar/restaurant advertised and breakfast a bit poor. Quite expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
