The hotel is in a beautiful old building, with a stunning covered interior courtyard, and in a perfect part of town for seeing the city. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, complete with extensive arra of cheeses, cured meats and fruit.
Our room (210) was a little smaller than hoped for. There was no luggage stand and only an office chair at the table. Had we been staying a little longer, this would have been inconvenient.

Great staff, amazing location
Breakfast was average. I would have liked smoked salmon to be on offer as a non meat eater and berries included as a fruit option

Location....staff when we checked in at 5.30ish pm was super friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were very dated. It was not very clean...bathrooms needs some care. Mainly upon check- out at 11.30am... the staff at reception was not helpful and even got the wrong room for the valet services and I had to wait till 12.40pm to get my car!! Totally disappointing!! Especially when I made it a point to check out at 11.30am.
