I really appreciate the excellent and generous breakfast, as well as the very kind and empathetic service.
Also the staff on the reception desk was very kind and helpful. The general ambiance was nice.
The shower in the bathroom didn't function well. Only the fix shower on the top was o.k., but the hand shower wasn't.

Position, spaciousness, atmosphere. Most of the staff. The breakfast was superb. The lift is fun!
Problems with the tv(unresolved). Either have one or get it to work-previous places that we stayed in provided either no tv in the room or fully functioning tv.
