We really enjoyed our stay! Spacious, comfortable and quiet rooms, despite the central location, within walking distance of the historic center and train station. Good breakfast with fresh bread and croissants, and very friendly, helpful staff. The area felt quiet and safe even late at night, and bicycle rentals are available for a small fee. We would happily return!
A few small improvements would make the stay even better: an extra toaster at breakfast, the option to skip daily room cleaning/towel changes, and refillable toiletries instead of single-use to reduce environmental impact.

Gabriel, the hotel manager, was very helpful in supplying efficient info about dinning in Lucca and especially gave us assistance when my mobility scooter got mulfunctioned.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Supermarket across the road. 10 minutes walk to city walls. Room is basic but clean and tidy. Good value for money
