Location was perfect to explore and see Florence and its attractions. Breakfast was excellent!

Wonderful staff always helpful and smiling, great location and cleaning/housekeeping done every single day.
If I ever come back to Florence, I would stay there again.
I agree with some reviewers that the furnishings might be a little dated. But having said that, Florence is far too beautiful to spend much time in a hotel, you’re really only there to sleep.

Person at the desk was very accommodating to the requests

Very good location and the front desk was helpful.
Property was not very clean compared to others we stayed at in the area. Clearly water damage and damaged floor that was unpleasant to walk on.
Outlets didn’t all work. Closet was broken and not level. Overall odd smell.

"Perfect place to stay - off the main stretch just enough to feel quiet but close enough to feel like you are close to it all. I loved the room and the staff was very helpful."
