The location of the hotel is great, being so near the train station. I absolutely loved the roof terrace for a drink watching the sunset. And our bedroom was great as it has a mezzanine and a second bathroom which was unexpected. Great breakfast too!
As it is an old building, we could clearly hear the noise from the neighbors above and next to us... Overall we still slept well but it's not as quiet as would perhaps be expected by some.

Perfect location for walking into centre of Florence and near to station for exploring Tuscany.
Rooms heating/air con centrally controlled, meant it was stuffy for a couple of days.

Great location
The sheets smelled sour, even when we ask for them to be changed they still smelled of mildew.
