The room was clean and comfortable. It is a bit separate from other shops in the area but close to public transport.
We had a problem with the paid private parking in the garage. There ia a gate marked residents where the private is located but it has to be opened by the reception staff when you are at the gate. It took several goes to get in as the 30 car free car was full. Access to the carpark is via a staircase 30m from the hotel entrance.

Good sized room with modern bathroom. Breakfast is very good, always fresh due to the size of the breakfast room. Good location, only a few minutes from the city centre by tram.
Lack of basin plug is always an inconvenience.

It was clean
All facilities were not included in the prize. Breakfast was not as good for such a good hotel. No fruits were available
