It was great

Rooms were spacious & so clean! Towels changed daily. The breakfast was to die for- so much choice.
Location was perfect, just ten minutes on tram to centre.
Quilts were rather small 😂

Staff was really friendly and they handed out information page with all the info you need and breakfast was great, i’m a “picky eater “ but I had a full on meal! Also they have a private parking with security cameras so it’s definitely safe! Recommend it if you stay in Czech Republic!

The location is great. My room was huge and had a bedside lamp. The bathroom looked fresh and clean.
The free access to the "spa" is limited to one hour. The sauna isn't warm enough. There were a bunch of drunken guests having a long, loud hangout outside the entrance at 4 am but the staff didn't feel it was necessary to tell them to keep it quiet. The pillows and duvets aren't exactly cozy.
